Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the conditions of sales conducted electronically between Mavera Travel and the customer.

1. Parties

Buyer: The person purchasing the service (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”).

2. Subject

This agreement covers the rights and obligations related to the sale and performance of the tours, hotels, flight tickets, and other travel services purchased by the Customer through Mavera Travel.

3. Service and Price Information

• The type, scope, and price of the purchased service are specified at the time of reservation.
• All prices are in Turkish Lira (₺) unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

• Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other available methods.
• Reservation is not finalized until payment is completed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• Due to the nature of tourism services (flight tickets, hotel reservations, etc.), the right of withdrawal may be excluded.
• In cases where the right of withdrawal exists, it must be requested within the legal timeframe.

6. Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellation and refund processes are subject to the conditions specified in the “Cancellation and Refund Conditions” section.
• Deductions applied by service providers are valid.

7. Performance of the Service

• The purchased service is offered on the dates specified in the reservation details.
• The Customer is obliged to provide the necessary documents and information to use the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Mavera Travel is not responsible for the disruptions caused by third-party service providers.
• It cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure.

9. Resolution of Disputes

• This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction in disputes.

10. Effect

The Customer is deemed to have accepted all terms by electronically approving this agreement.

This agreement becomes effective on the date it is approved electronically.
