DAY 1 ISTANBUL- SHARM EL SHEIKH (All-Inclusive Accommodation) (City Tour Included)

09:20 Arrival. After necessary procedures, transfer to hotel. Your hotel accommodation is All-Inclusive as determined by the hotel's concept. After lunch, guests can optionally participate in the extra Glass-Bottom Boat Sea Observation Tour. The Red Sea is one of the seas with the richest underwater life in the world with colorful corals and various exotic fish. In this enjoyable tour, you will be able to observe the magical underwater world from our glass-bottom boat. (You can make this trip much more enjoyable and comfortable by paying an additional fee to do it with the SeaScope/Submarine.) Then we will start our Panoramic City Tour; Peace Monument, Old City Center, and El Sahaba Mosque are among the places to be seen. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel.
DAY 2 SHARM EL SHEIKH (All-Inclusive Accommodation)
Your hotel accommodation is All-Inclusive as determined by the hotel's concept. After breakfast, we depart from the hotel for the extra Lunch and Unlimited Non-Alcoholic Beverages Ras Mohamed Boat Trip + Farsha Cafe + Soho Square. (The price includes transfers, boat tour, meals and drinks, port tax, and National Park entrance fee. If desired, you can rent snorkeling equipment or experience scuba diving for an extra fee.) Ras Mohamed National Park, located on Egypt's southern coast, is one of the most magnificent places in the Red Sea. The mangrove trees, salt ponds, natural desert landscapes, and impressive underwater life in this magnificent park are visited by thousands of tourists every year. During our full-day boat trip, you will have the opportunity to explore all the natural beauties filled with unique underwater ecosystems and rich biological diversity, accompanied by lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. After the tour, we transfer to Farsha Cafe. This place has become a worldwide icon with its views and decoration, attracting tourists visiting Sharm. (the transfer fee is included in your package, your expenses inside are your own. Since the place is very busy, they do not accept reservations, and you may occasionally have to wait in line.) Our last stop on the tour is Soho Square, a tourist hotspot with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. After our free time here, we transfer back to our hotel.
DAY 3 SHARM EL SHEIKH (All-Inclusive Accommodation)
Your hotel accommodation is All-Inclusive as determined by the hotel's concept. Guests can optionally participate in the extra Dahab Blue Lagoon Tour organized by our guide. Upon arrival, we will enter the facility located in the lagoons. Throughout the day, you can swim, sunbathe, and take plenty of photos in the natural lagoon where the Sinai Desert meets the Red Sea. (The facility entrance fee, one non-alcoholic drink per person, sunbed and umbrella fee are included) (If desired, you can participate in the guided lunchtime Desert Jeep Safari, Oasis ATV Tour, beach Camel Ride, and Dahab City Center Tour for an additional fee.) After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel.
DAY 4 SHARM EL SHEIKH- CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
Following breakfast and check-out, we will transfer to Cairo by private bus. (Approximately 500 km) (Note: We ensure a safe journey with our vehicles which are at least 5 years old and two drivers for long distances. We offer various snacks, water, tea, and coffee services in our vehicle, as well as free WIFI internet access. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will conduct our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package); we will explore the main landmarks of the city such as Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Monument, Anwar Sadat Memorial, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, Nile River, City Center, Kasr el Nil, Island of Jazeera and discover this ancient city that has hosted numerous cultures and religions throughout history along with its important sites hosting the Pyramids. Afterward, we will have free time in the center. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms.
DAY 5 CAIRO (Breakfast)
Breakfast and accommodation at our hotel. Guests can optionally participate in the extra Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre, and Sphinx Tour. You will be amazed and fascinated by how these wonders of the world, which have stood the test of time, were built with architectural features thousands of years ago; you will visit Panorama Hill, Valley Temple of Khafre, Sphinx, Great Pyramid of Khufu, Pyramid of Menkaure, and Pyramid of Khafre with our guide. (The entrance fee to the pyramid archaeological site is included. However, the entrance ticket to the tunnels inside the pyramids is not included in the price, and we do not recommend entering them.) DAY 6 CAIRO- ALEXANDRIA (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast at our hotel. Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM. Your day is free. Guests can optionally participate in the extra Old Cairo Tour organized by our guide. (Entrance fees for El Moez District, Mamluk Palace, and Mosque are included; the Coptic Museum entrance fee is not included.) In the ancient streets of historic Cairo, which has hosted numerous cultures, civilizations, and religions, we will discover; the first mosque in Egypt and Africa, Amr ibn al-As Mosque, the Ben Azhar Synagogue where it is believed Moses spent time, Hanging (Muallak) Church significant for Christians, Abu Serga Church which has historical importance as it is associated with the cave where Mary and Jesus lived for three months, and the Coptic Museum (from the outside). There will be free time until the transfer time. (If desired, you can optionally join the Lunch-inclusive tour of Cairo Citadel and Mohammed Ali Pasha Mosque for an additional fee.) 1-The minimum number of participants must be reached for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval)
B-They may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional price difference (with the guest’s approval)
C-If the guest does not accept the options above, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded to the guest in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
2-When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A-If a health problem arises that is confirmed by a doctor’s report for the guest and/or the person sharing the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their own way to another meeting point. If they do not choose this option, or if this is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn when the vehicle will reach them. F-During free times and at break points during the tour, our authorized staff will provide the necessary information regarding the departure time. If the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable period or continue, provided that the tour itinerary will not be affected. Otherwise, the guest may make their own way to the next point to continue the tour or return to the hotel on their own. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel and all other services used on our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. During our tours and activities, if an incomplete and/or defective service occurs, since the process you spend with us in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, the relevant problems will be resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund will be made depending on the problem. The discount on discounted packages will be deducted from the price and the net amount paid will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising outside its control, such as circumstances related to Egypt’s local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest error, delays due to technical malfunctions, and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff, learn about the conditions of the tour, and decide whether to participate accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving and camel rides involve certain accident risks and may lead to serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, be sure to obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still uncertain, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow our authorized staff’s warnings and the stated precautions to the letter, and to wear the safety equipment provided according to the circumstances. 6-At places of religious importance, our guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing. Our company bears no responsibility for guests who are not allowed to enter such places due to their clothing.
7-You may need special items/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves and shawls, and borrowing and returning towels from the hotel are entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, special diets due to health reasons, and similar problems. You should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs in such special circumstances. We can only undertake to do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly recommend that you do not drink unsealed water or other beverages, do not eat fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged food sold uncovered outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to Egypt’s local conditions, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea and vomiting may occur.
