GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-The minimum number of participants must be reached for the tours to take place with a Turkish-speaking guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest’s approval)
B-They may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional fee (with the guest’s approval)
C-If the guest does not accept the above options, the tour will be cancelled and the fee paid by the guest for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
2-The necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers when the guest purchases the tour. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A-If a health problem confirmed by a doctor’s report occurs to the guest and/or the person sharing the same room, the fee paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their own way to another location. If they do not choose to do so or if this is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-As some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in the event of a delay, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn when the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered grounds for cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-During the free periods and at break locations during the tour, our authorized personnel will provide the necessary information regarding the departure time. If a guest is late, it is at the discretion of our personnel to wait for a reasonable period or continue, provided that the tour schedule will not be affected. Otherwise, the guest may make their own way to the next location to continue the tour or return to the hotel on their own. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel and all other services used on our tours are the best based on the balance between price and quality and our many years of experience in Egypt; all of them meet International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. During our tours and activities, in the event of an incomplete and/or defective service, since the period you spend with us in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, the relevant problems will be resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund will be made depending on the problem. The net amount paid will be refunded after deducting the discount on discounted packages from the price.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising outside its control, such as circumstances related to Egypt’s local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest error, delays due to technical malfunctions and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel, learn about the conditions of the tour and make your participation decision accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving and camel rides involve certain accident risks and may lead to serious injuries or even worse consequences. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, be sure to obtain information from our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions of our authorized personnel and the stated precautions exactly, and to wear the safety equipment provided according to the circumstances. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and the other participants at risk.
6-At places of religious importance, the responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing lies with our guests. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed to enter such places because of their clothing.
7-You may need special items/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, a headscarf and a shawl, as well as borrowing a towel from the hotel and returning it, is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, special dietary requirements due to health reasons and similar problems. You should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs in such special circumstances. We can only promise that we will do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly recommend that you do not consume uncovered water or other beverages, do not eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged food sold uncovered outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to Egypt’s local conditions, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical treatment. However, the related expenses will be borne by you.
10-Like every cautious individual, we strongly recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance before participating in your domestic and international travels.

As part of your tour package, we provide an underwater life observation tour in the Red Sea with a standard glass-bottom boat. If you say that it would be impossible to travel all the way to Luxor and return without seeing the world-famous temples and tombs belonging to the Pharaohs from thousands of years ago, in addition to the East Luxor and Karnak Temple tour included in your package, we strongly recommend that you join our West Luxor tour. In our tour, which includes lunch, entrance fees, transfers, and explanations in Turkish, you can focus solely on discovering and experiencing. We first cross to the other side of the Nile by boat and have lunch at a local restaurant. Then, we go to the Valley of the Kings, where the tombs of many famous pharaohs are located, and together we will see and hear the stories behind the hieroglyphs and paintings decorating the tomb walls, the sarcophagi, and the treasure chambers.
