6-At places of religious importance, the responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing rests with our guests. Our company is not responsible for guests who are denied entry to such places because of their clothing.
7-You may need special items/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, headscarves, and shawls, as well as borrowing towels from the hotel and returning them, is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide of problems such as food or other allergies and special dietary requirements due to health reasons. You should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs in such special circumstances. We can only promise that we will do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly recommend that you do not drink open water or other beverages, do not eat fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged food sold uncovered outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local Egyptian conditions, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical treatment. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
10-Like every cautious individual, we strongly recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance before participating in your domestic and international travels.
