2- You must confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, scheduled Pegasus Airlines flights may be used. We bear no responsibility for domestic flight tickets that you arrange and purchase yourself without obtaining confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to the domestic flight tickets issued by us.
3- Extra tour prices are valid on the publication date of the announcement, and any differences that may arise in costs before your tour due to reasons such as supplier price increases, exchange rates, tax changes and entrance fee increases will be reflected in our sales prices. In such a case, the new prices shown on the final itinerary to be sent to you no later than 48 hours before the tour departure date will apply.
4 - According to the number of people in the vehicles;

5- Tour, bus and flight routes may be changed without prior notice, provided that the content remains the same.

If you would like to take a break from the monotony of life by enjoying moments full of activities, we recommend that you join this exciting trip, which we offer in addition to the Dahab Blue Lagoon excursion included in your package and which consists of ATV, Jeep, snorkeling, camel ride, Dahab center and a sumptuous lunch by the sea. First, we visit Dahab center and explore the Red Sea’s most charming town. Then, we have lunch at a delightful restaurant by the sea. Afterwards, we go to the 3 Pools area and provide free time for snorkeling. (One non-alcoholic drink per person is included in the price.) During this time, you will also be able to experience a camel ride along the beach. (Included in the price)  Afterwards, we will go on an ATV safari through the desert to an oasis covered with green palm trees. (Helmet rental, which costs 10 USD per person, as well as the headscarf and goggles that you will definitely need in the desert, are included in the price. You may keep the headscarf and goggles.) Day Trip to Cairo with Lunch Tour (The price varies according to the number of participants. Please ask your guide)
For this tour, we collect our breakfast boxes from the hotel and depart from our hotel after midnight for Cairo. Upon arrival, our first stop is the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, one of the world’s most intriguing destinations, as the only surviving monument of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. During our tour, we see the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the largest pyramid on the Giza Plateau and a reflection of countless mysterious technical and architectural elements; Panorama Hill, Khafre, Menkaure and the pyramids that are the monumental tombs of the Queen and other nobles, which overlook the entire plateau, and take wonderful photos. Afterwards, we will see the Khafre Valley Temple, the most important part of the Khafre Tomb complex and where mummification was carried out, as well as the Sphinx. Then, we have lunch at a local restaurant. During our excursion, we will also visit a Papyrus Workshop and a Natural Perfume Factory. GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum), which opened with magnificent shows in November 2025 and earned the title of “the world’s largest museum dedicated to a single civilization,” has become a center of attraction for travelers and culture/history enthusiasts from around the world. This important museum, which has attracted great interest since its opening, accepts a limited number of visitors each day. As part of your package, you will be able to visit the Valley of the Pyramids without paying an additional fee. However, we recommend that you purchase this highly important museum tour from us in advance to guarantee your entrance, as we believe it is a must-see while in Egypt. After our museum visit, we go to Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous bazaar on the African continent. The bazaar is located in the heart of the area called “Beyn-el Kasreyn”, meaning “Between the Two Palaces,” and Islamic Cairo, founded by Muiz el din-Allah, who is considered one of the founders of Cairo together with Amr Ibn el As. Al-Azhar Mosque, named after Al-Azhar Madrasa, the second-oldest madrasa in the world, and Hussein Mosque, one of Cairo’s most beautiful mosques in its restored form, are also located here. During the bazaar visit, you may visit Hussein Mosque, shop for souvenirs in one of more than five thousand shops and arcades, and enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee or mint tea at the café named after the world-famous Nobel Prize-winning author Naguib Mahfouz or at Fishawi, one of Mehmet Akif Ersoy’s favorite venues. We return to Sharm by bus. Since we arrive late on the bus tour, we will have dinner prepared as a cold plate in your rooms. This will probably not be necessary on the flight tour.
Note: A visa is required for this excursion. You can obtain a visa at the airport upon arrival in Sharm. (25 USD) No visa is required for holders of green passports. A minimum number of participants is required; you can obtain the necessary information from our guide. If you wish, you can also take this tour by plane in both directions at the same price; however, in this case the airfare is not included in the tour price. You may purchase your ticket yourself or request assistance from our representative.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-A minimum number of participants must be reached for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval)
B-They may be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest’s approval)
C-If the guest does not accept the options above, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid by the guest for that tour will be refunded in full.
2-The necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers when the guest purchases the tour. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A-If a health problem confirmed by a doctor’s report occurs to the guest and/or the person sharing the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by reaching another point using their own means. If they do not choose this option or if it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-As some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in case of a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn when the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered grounds for cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-During the free time and stops provided during the tour, our authorized staff will provide the necessary information regarding the departure time. If a guest is late, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait a reasonable amount of time or continue, provided that the tour flow is not affected. Otherwise, the guest may reach the next point using their own means and continue the tour, or return to the hotel using their own means. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff and all other services used on our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian authorities. In our tours and activities, in the event of incomplete and/or defective service, since the process you spend with us in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, the problems in question will be resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund
will be made depending on the problem.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising outside its control, such as circumstances related to Egypt’s local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest error and delays caused by technical malfunctions.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff, learn about the tour conditions and make your participation decision accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving and camel rides carry certain accident risks and may result in serious injury or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse consequences that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, be sure to obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to strictly follow the instructions of our authorized staff, strictly comply with the precautions specified for you and wear the safety equipment provided according to the circumstances. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk.
6-In places of religious importance, our guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed to enter such places because of their clothing.
7-You may need special items/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, a headscarf and a shawl, as well as borrowing and returning towels from the hotel, is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide of food allergies or other allergies, as well as problems such as special dietary requirements due to health reasons. You should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs in such special circumstances. We can only promise that we will do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we particularly recommend that you do not drink open water or other beverages, do not eat fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged food sold uncovered outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical treatment. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
