GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT OPTIONAL TOURS:
1-The minimum number of participants must be reached for the tours to take place with a Turkish-speaking guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B-They may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional fee (with the guest's approval)
C-If the guest does not accept the options above, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid by the guest for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-The necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers when the guest purchases the tour. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the tour they have purchased;
A-If a health problem occurs that is confirmed by a doctor's report for themselves and/or the person sharing the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their own way to another point. If they do not choose to do this or if it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in case of a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the time when the vehicle will reach them. These types of delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-During the free times and at the break locations provided during the tour, our authorized staff will give the necessary information regarding the departure time. If the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable period or continue, provided that the tour itinerary will not be affected. Otherwise, the guest may make their own way to the next point and continue the tour or return to the hotel on their own. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff and all other services used on our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all have International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. During our tours and activities, if incomplete and/or defective service occurs, since the process you spend with us in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, the problems in question will be resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund will be made depending on the problem. The discount on discounted packages will be deducted from the price and the net amount paid will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising outside its control, such as circumstances related to Egypt's local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest error, delays due to technical failures and similar situations.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff, learn about the conditions of the tour and make your decision to participate accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving and camel rides carry certain accident risks and may lead to serious injuries or even worse consequences. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, be sure to obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions of our authorized staff and the specified precautions to the letter, and to wear the safety equipment provided according to the circumstances. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and the other participants at risk.
6-At places of religious importance, it is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not permitted to enter such places because of their clothing.
7-You may need special items/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, keffiyeh, shawl, or borrowing and returning a towel from the hotel are entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, and problems such as special dietary requirements for health reasons. You should know that in such special circumstances we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only undertake to do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly advise you never to drink open water or other beverages, not to eat fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and not to consume unpackaged food sold openly outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical attention. However, the related expenses will be at your expense.
10-Like every cautious individual, we strongly recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance and participate in our tours with this coverage for your domestic and international travels.
