2 -Our guide and company may make changes to the tour itinerary, provided that the content remains the same.
3 - In Egypt, it is not possible to cancel or refund additional services purchased individually or collectively. If you purchase them together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to the additional services. We recommend that you purchase a security package insurance policy from your agency against possible mishaps; since the necessary reservations have been made and payments have been made to the service providers, our company has no other action it can take in this situation. During our excursion, we first go to Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous bazaar on the African continent. Al-Azhar Mosque, named after El Azhar Madrasa, the second-oldest madrasa in the world, and Hussein Mosque, one of Cairo’s most beautiful mosques in its restored form, are also located here. During your visit to the bazaar, you can visit Hussein Mosque, shop for souvenirs in one of more than five thousand shops and arcades, and enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea at Fishawi, one of Mehmet Akif Ersoy’s favorite venues. If you would like to experience moments full of activities and take a break from the monotony of life, we recommend that you join this exciting excursion, which consists of an ATV ride, Jeep ride, snorkeling, camel ride, Dahab town center, and a generous lunch by the sea, in addition to the Dahab Blue Lagoon tour offered as part of your package. During our excursion, we first go to Dahab town center and explore the Red Sea’s most charming town. Afterwards, we have lunch at a very pleasant restaurant by the sea. Then, we go to the 3 Pools area and give you free time for snorkeling. (One non-alcoholic drink per person is included in the price.) During this time, you will also be able to enjoy a camel ride on the beach. (Included in the price.) Afterwards, we will go on an ATV safari to an oasis covered with green palm trees in the middle of the desert. (Helmet rental, which costs 10 USD per person, as well as the keffiyeh and goggles that you will definitely need in the desert, are included in the price. You may keep the keffiyeh and goggles.) Finally, we will go on an enjoyable desert safari during which we will also visit the canyons in 4X4 vehicles.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-The minimum number of participants must be reached for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest’s approval)
B-They may be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest’s approval)
C-If the guest does not accept the options above, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded to the guest in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a tour they have purchased;
A-If a health problem occurs that is confirmed by a doctor’s report for themselves and/or the person sharing the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their own way to another location. If they choose not to do so, or if this is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours also pick up guests from different hotels, in the event of a delay, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn when the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered grounds for canceling the tour, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-During the free times and breaks provided during the tour, our authorized personnel will provide the necessary information about the departure time. If the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our personnel to wait for a reasonable period or continue, provided that the tour itinerary will not be affected. In other cases, the guest may make their own way to the next location to continue the tour or return to the hotel by their own means. No refund will be made in this case.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used on our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all of them comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. During our tours and activities, if incomplete and/or defective service occurs, since our company continuously monitors the process you spend with us in Egypt, the problems in question will be resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund will be made depending on the problem. The discount on discounted packages will be deducted from the price and the net amount paid will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising outside its control, such as circumstances related to Egypt’s local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest error, and delays due to technical malfunctions.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel, learn about the conditions of the tour, and make your decision to participate accordingly.
5-Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, and camel rides carry certain accident risks and may result in serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, be sure to obtain information from our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to strictly follow the warnings of our authorized personnel, strictly follow the precautions indicated to you, and wear the safety equipment provided according to the circumstances. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and the other participants at risk.
6-In places of religious importance, it is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not permitted to enter such places because of their clothing.
7-You may need special belongings/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, a keffiyeh, and a shawl, as well as borrowing and returning towels from the hotel, is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide of any food or other allergies, or problems such as special dietary needs due to health reasons. You should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs in such special circumstances. We can only undertake to do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly recommend that you never drink uncovered water or other beverages, do not eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged food sold uncovered outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to Egypt’s local conditions, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical treatment. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
