2 -Our guide and company may make changes to the tour itinerary, provided that the content remains the same.
3 - The cancellation and refund of an extra service purchased individually or collectively in Egypt is not possible. If you purchase it together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to the extra services. Poorly maintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single driver overwhelmed by fatigue and lack of sleep, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and meals prepared in unhygienic environments or even spoiled food may lead to consequences that cannot be remedied retroactively. During our visit to the Bazaar, you can visit the Hussein Mosque, shop for souvenirs in one of more than five thousand shops and arcades, and enjoy your karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea at Fishawi’s, one of Mehmet Akif Ersoy’s favorite venues. GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-The minimum number of participants must be reached for the tours to take place with a Turkish-speaking guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval)
B-They may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional price difference (with the guest’s approval)
C-If the guest does not accept the options above, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded to the guest without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-The necessary reservations with local service providers are made and paid for when the guest purchases the tour. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A-If a health problem confirmed by a doctor’s report occurs for the guest and/or the person sharing the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their own way to another point. If they do not choose this option or this is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in the event of a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn when the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-At the free-time periods and break locations during the tour, our authorized staff will provide the necessary information regarding the departure time. If the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our staff whether to wait for a reasonable period or continue, provided that the tour itinerary is not affected. Otherwise, the guest may make their own way to the next point to continue the tour or return to the hotel independently. No refund will be made in this case.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used on our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Authorized Egyptian Authorities. During our tours and activities, if an incomplete and/or defective service occurs, since the entire process you spend with us in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, the relevant problems are resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund is made depending on the problem. The discount on discounted packages is deducted from the price and the net amount paid is refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising outside its control, such as circumstances related to Egypt’s local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest error, and delays caused by technical failures.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff, learn about the tour conditions, and make your participation decision accordingly.
5-Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/Motor Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, and camel rides carry certain accident risks and may lead to serious injuries or even worse consequences. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse events that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, be sure to ask our authorized staff for information. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow our authorized staff’s warnings and the safety measures communicated to you to the letter, and to wear the safety equipment provided according to the circumstances. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and the other participants at risk.
6-At places of religious importance, it is our guest’s responsibility to wear appropriate clothing. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed to enter such places because of their clothing.
7-You may need special items/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, headscarves, and shawls, as well as borrowing towels from the hotel and returning them, is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, and problems such as special dietary requirements due to health reasons. You should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs in such special circumstances. We can only undertake to do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly recommend that you never drink uncovered water or other open beverages, do not eat fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged food sold uncovered outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to Egypt’s local conditions, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical intervention. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
