The services included in your tour package are clearly specified. However, in order to make this trip even more unique and to do so safely, we recommend that you also purchase the extra tours from us. Please remember that most of the Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you through social media or approach you in Egypt provide tour services without a license and disregard your personal safety and the security of your belongings in order to offer cheap prices. Poorly maintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single driver overwhelmed by fatigue and lack of sleep, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and food that is produced in unhygienic environments or even spoiled may result in consequences that cannot be compensated for later. Our company conducts all extra tours, as well as the entire trip, by prioritizing your personal safety and the security of your belongings, with its own offices and dedicated staff in Egypt and managers whose sector experience exceeds 30 years. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend that you purchase them from an established company that meets at least these conditions.

You may purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt, or, if you wish, purchase them together to make them more ‘’budget-friendly’’.

Moreover, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
-You can purchase them while buying our package tour by paying your agency by credit card. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as with the package. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you prefer, at the prices offered under the bulk purchase campaign.)

-You can purchase them by paying in cash upon arrival in Egypt. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you prefer, at the prices offered under the bulk purchase campaign.)

-You can purchase them upon arrival in Egypt by using your credit card through the mail order method. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you prefer, at the prices offered under the bulk purchase campaign.

Our guests who purchase the entire tour package are offered a 10% discount on the total package price.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-The minimum number of participants must be reached for the tours to take place with a Turkish-speaking guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval)
B-They may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional fee (with the guest’s approval)
C-If the guest does not accept the options above, the tour will be cancelled and the amount paid by the guest for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a tour they have purchased;
A-If a health problem confirmed by a doctor’s report occurs for the guest and/or the person sharing the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by reaching another point by their own means. If they choose not to do so or if this is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in the event of a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn when the vehicle will reach them. These types of delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered grounds for cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-During the free times and at the break locations provided during the tour, our authorized staff will give the necessary information about the departure time. If the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable period or continue, provided that the flow of the tour will not be affected. Otherwise, the guest may reach the next point by their own means and continue the tour or return to the hotel by their own means. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel and all other services used in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all of them meet International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. In our tours and activities, in the event of incomplete and/or defective service, since our company continuously monitors the period you spend with us in Egypt, the relevant problems are resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund is made depending on the problem. The discount on discounted packages is deducted from the price and the net amount paid is refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising outside its control, such as circumstances related to Egypt’s local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest error, delays due to technical failures and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff, learn about the conditions of the tour and make your participation decision accordingly.
5-Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving and camel rides carry certain accident risks and may lead to serious injuries or even worse consequences. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse events that may occur. When participating in these types of tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, be sure to obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we kindly ask you to strictly follow the instructions of our authorized staff, strictly comply with the precautions communicated to you and wear the safety equipment provided according to the circumstances. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and the other participants at risk.
6-At places of religious importance, our guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not permitted to enter such places because of their clothing.
7-You may need special items/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, a keffiyeh, or a shawl, as well as borrowing and returning towels from the hotel, is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, and problems such as special dietary requirements due to health reasons. You should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs in such special circumstances. We can only undertake to do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we particularly advise you not to drink unsealed water or other beverages, not to eat fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and not to consume unpackaged food sold uncovered outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical treatment. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
10-As with every cautious individual, we particularly recommend that you participate in your domestic and international travels after obtaining Health and Travel Insurance.
