1st Day ISTANBUL- HURGHADA (Dinner)
We recommend you to be at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport by 20:15.
At 23:35, we depart for Hurghada with Ajet Airlines flight number VF251.
Note: Your hotel reservation starts from this night to ensure you can check into your room upon arrival. Your dinner will be served as a cold platter in your rooms.
2nd Day HURGHADA (Breakfast, Dinner)
At 01:15, arrival. After necessary procedures, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at your hotel.
After breakfast, free time for you to rest. Guests who wish can join the extra program organized by our guide for a Full Day Excursion to Giftun Island/Orange Bay with Lunch.
3rd Day HURGHADA (Breakfast and Dinner) (City Tour Included)
Breakfast, dinner, and accommodation at the hotel. Guests who wish can join an extra Glass-Bottom Boat Underwater Observation Tour. The Red Sea is one of the seas with the richest underwater life, boasting colorful corals and various exotic fish. On this enjoyable trip, you can observe the magical world underwater from our glass-bottomed boat. (If desired, you can enhance this experience by taking the SeaScope/Submarine for more comfort). Guests may also join the Desert Safari Tour by ATV/Buggy organized by our guide. (Scarves, glasses, and water are not included, and it's $10 per person.) Afterwards, we begin our Panoramic City Tour (the price is included in your package). The places we will see include the vibrant El Dahr District, the attraction center Marina, the hotel-famous Sahl Hasheesh Region, the city’s most important religious structure Al Mina Mosque, the significant temple for the Christian population, the Coptic Church, and the Fish Market, where fresh seafood caught in the fertile waters of the Red Sea is sold.
4th Day HURGHADA (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast, dinner, and accommodation at the hotel. Guests who wish can join the East Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour organized. For this tour, we will leave very early in the morning for Luxor after you pick up your specially prepared breakfast packages at the hotel. (Approximately 330 km) (Note: We provide safe travel with vehicles that are at least 5 years old and have dual drivers on long routes. We provide various snacks, water, tea, and coffee on our vehicle and also offer free WIFI internet connection. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will conduct a Panoramic City Tour (the price is included in your package); you will see Ramesseum, El Qurna, Temple of Amenhotep III, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, Sphinx Road, Corniche, and the Nile River on the East bank of Luxor, and our guide will provide information about the mysterious history of the Pharaohs' Era that spans thousands of years. Following that, we will conduct the Karnak Temple tour, known as the "temple whose construction never ends" due to each Pharaoh adding to it. (Entrance fee is included in the price.) We will take a shopping break at the Alabaster shop, where various souvenirs made from alabaster, one of Egypt's world-famous natural stones, are sold. Afterward, free time until the evening. (You can join the Lunch-Inclusive West Luxor Tour for an additional fee). After the tour, transfer back to Hurghada. You can enjoy a late dinner buffet prepared by your hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Since traveling to and from Luxor requires moving in convoy, you need to pay very close attention to the times communicated to you by our guide. If you are not present at the specified departure time, you will have to go to and return from Luxor using your own means.
5th Day HURGHADA- CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
After clearing the rooms and breakfast, we will transfer to Cairo by our private bus. (Approximately 465 km) (Note: We provide safe travel with vehicles that are at least 5 years old and have dual drivers on long routes. We provide various snacks, water, tea, and coffee on our vehicle and also offer free WIFI internet connection. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will conduct a Panoramic City Tour (the price is included in your package); we will see key places in the city such as Nasr Area, Heliopolis Area, Unknown Soldier Monument, Anwar Sadat Mausoleum, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, Nile River, City Center, Kasr el Nil, Cezire Island, and explore this ancient city that has hosted many cultures and religions throughout history. Afterwards, there will be free time in the center. (You can join the Khan el Khalili Bazaar and Dinner-Inclusive, Entertaining Nile River Cruise for an additional fee). After the tour, transfer to our hotel and check into your rooms.
6th Day CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre and Sphinx Tour Included)
After breakfast, we will clear the rooms. We set off from our hotel for one of the most exciting places on our tour, the Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre, and Sphinx Tour. (Entrance fee is included in the price.) At this inspiring site, which is one of the seven wonders of the world and has survived to this day; you will be amazed at how it was built thousands of years ago with architecture and technology; during this tour, you will visit Panorama Hill, Valley Temple of Khafre, Sphinx, Great Pyramid of Giza, Pyramid of Menkaure, and Pyramid of Khafre, accompanied by our guide. (Entry tickets to tunnels inside the pyramids are not included in the price, and we do not recommend that you enter them). After the tour, we will visit the Papyrus Shop, where you can see and learn about the production stages of the most important products of the Pharaohs Era, Papyrus paper. Then, we will visit the Natural Oils and Perfume Shop, rooted again in the Pharaonic era, to complete our shopping. After the tour, there will be free time. Return to the hotel is on your own. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. (Guests who wish can join the new Great Museum/GEM Tour with Lunch for an additional fee).
7th Day CAIRO- ISTANBUL
At 04:30, we depart for Istanbul with Ajet Airlines flight number VF 248.
At 06:40, arrival in Istanbul.

We are not responsible for domestic tickets purchased and arranged by you without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and our company may change the flow of the tour program while keeping the content the same.
3 - The cancellation and refund of additional services purchased individually or collectively in Egypt is not possible. If you purchase additional services with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to those additional services. However, in order to make this trip even more unique and to do so safely, we also recommend that you purchase the extra tours from us. Please remember that most of the Turkish and Egyptian people who contact you through social media or approach you in Egypt provide tour services without a license and disregard your life and property safety in order to offer cheap prices. Poorly maintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single driver overwhelmed by fatigue and lack of sleep, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and food that has not been prepared in hygienic environments or is even spoiled may lead to consequences that cannot be remedied afterwards. Our company conducts all extra tours, just like the entire trip, by prioritizing your life and property safety, with its own offices and affiliated staff in Egypt and managers with more than 30 years of experience in the sector. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend that you purchase them at least from a corporate company that meets these conditions.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-The minimum number of participants must be reached for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest’s approval)
B-They may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional fee (with the guest’s approval)
C-If the guest does not accept the options above, the tour will be cancelled and the fee paid for that tour will be refunded to the guest in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
2-When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A-If a health problem confirmed by a doctor’s report occurs to the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the fee paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by reaching another point using their own means. If they do not prefer this option or if it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-As some tours also pick up guests from different hotels, in the event of a delay, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn the time the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered grounds for tour cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-Our authorized personnel provide the necessary information regarding the departure time during free periods and at rest stops during the tour. If the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our personnel to wait for a reasonable period or continue, provided that the tour schedule will not be affected. Otherwise, the guest may reach the next point using their own means and continue the tour, or return to the hotel using their own means. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel and all other services used on our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all of them meet International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. During our tours and activities, in the event of incomplete and/or defective service, the relevant problems are resolved through immediate intervention, as our company continuously monitors the process you spend with us in Egypt, and/or a partial or full refund is provided depending on the problem. The net amount paid will be refunded after deducting the discount on discounted packages from the price.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising outside its control, such as circumstances related to Egypt’s local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest error, delays due to technical failures and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel, learn about the tour conditions and make your participation decision accordingly.
5-Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving and camel rides carry certain accident risks and may lead to serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, be sure to obtain information from our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions of our authorized personnel to the letter, strictly comply with the precautions specified for you and wear the safety equipment provided according to the circumstances. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and the other participants at risk.
6-At places of religious importance, it is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed to enter such places because of their clothing.
7-You may need special items/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, a keffiyeh, and a shawl, as well as borrowing a towel from the hotel and returning it, are entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies and problems such as special dietary requirements for health reasons. You should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs in such special circumstances. We can only undertake to do our best.
9-We especially recommend that you absolutely do not drink open water or other beverages and do not eat fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours, and that you do not consume unpackaged food sold openly outside. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical attention. However, the related expenses will be at your own expense.
