IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
The services included in your tour package are clearly specified. However, we recommend that you also purchase the extra tours from us so that you can make this trip even more unique and do so safely. Please remember that most of the Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you through social media or approach you in Egypt provide tour services without a license and disregard your safety and the security of your property in order to offer cheap prices. Poorly maintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single driver overwhelmed by fatigue and lack of sleep, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and food produced in unhygienic environments or even spoiled may result in consequences that cannot be remedied retroactively. Our company carries out all extra tours, just like the entire trip, by prioritizing your safety and the security of your property, with its own offices and affiliated staff in Egypt and managers with more than 30 years of industry experience. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend that you purchase them from an established company that meets at least these conditions.

You can purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt, or, if you wish, purchase them collectively to make them more ‘’budget-friendly’’.

Moreover, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
-You can purchase them while buying our package tour by paying your agency by credit card. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as the package. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you prefer, at the collective purchase campaign prices.)
-You can purchase them by paying in cash upon arrival in Egypt. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you prefer, at the collective purchase campaign prices.)
-You can purchase them upon arrival in Egypt using your credit card via the mail order method. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you prefer, at the collective purchase campaign prices.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-The minimum number of participants must be reached for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval)
B-They may be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest’s approval)
C-If the guest does not accept the options above, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid by the guest for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a tour they have purchased;
A-If a health problem arises for the guest and/or the person sharing the same room, confirmed by a doctor’s report, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their own way to another location. If they do not choose to do so, or if this is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to find out when the vehicle will reach them. These types of delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-During the free periods and at rest stops provided during the tour, our authorized staff will provide the necessary information regarding the departure time. If the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable period or continue if the tour flow will not be affected. Otherwise, the guest may make their own way to the next point and continue the tour or return to the hotel independently. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff and all other services used in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; they all meet International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Competent Egyptian Authorities. In our tours and activities, if incomplete and/or defective service occurs, since the time you spend with us in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, the problems in question are resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund is made depending on the problem. The net amount paid will be refunded after deducting the discount on discounted packages from the price.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising outside its control, such as circumstances related to Egypt’s local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest error, delays due to technical malfunctions and similar situations.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff, learn about the tour conditions and make your decision about participating accordingly.
5-Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving and camel rides carry certain accident risks and may lead to serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse incidents that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, be sure to obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow our authorized staff’s warnings and the precautions indicated to you to the letter, and to wear the safety equipment provided according to the circumstances. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and the other participants at risk.
6-At places of religious significance, the responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing belongs to our guests. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not permitted to enter such places because of their clothing.
7-You may need special belongings/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, a keffiyeh, or a shawl, as well as borrowing and returning towels from the hotel, is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, and problems such as special dietary requirements due to health reasons. You should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs in such special circumstances. We can only undertake to do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we especially recommend that you never drink open water or other beverages, that you do not eat fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and that you do not consume unpackaged food sold uncovered outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to Egypt’s local conditions, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in receiving the necessary medical treatment. However, the relevant expenses will be your responsibility.
10-Like every cautious individual, we especially recommend that you arrange Health and Travel Insurance and participate in your domestic and international travels with this insurance.
