IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
The services provided within your tour package are clearly specified. However, we recommend that you also purchase the extra tours from us in order to make this trip even more unique and to do so safely. Please remember that most of the Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you through social media or approach you in Egypt provide tour services without a license and disregard your life and property safety in order to offer low prices. Poorly maintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single driver overwhelmed by fatigue and lack of sleep, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and food prepared in unhygienic environments or even spoiled food may result in irreversible consequences. Our company carries out all extra tours, just like the entire trip, by prioritizing your life and property safety, with its own offices and staff in Egypt and managers whose experience in the sector exceeds 30 years. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend that you purchase them from an established company that meets these conditions at the very least.

You may purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt, or, if you wish, purchase them together to make them more ‘’budget-friendly’’.

Moreover, you may choose one of the following payment methods:
-You may purchase them while purchasing our package tour by paying your agency by credit card. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as the package. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you wish, at the prices of the group purchase campaign.)

-You may purchase them by paying in cash upon arrival in Egypt. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you wish, at the prices of the group purchase campaign.)

-You may purchase them upon arrival in Egypt by using a credit card through the mail order method. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you wish, at the prices of the group purchase campaign.

Our guests who purchase all extra tour packages are offered a 10% discount on the total package price.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-The minimum number of participants must be reached for the tours to take place with a Turkish-speaking guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval)
B-They may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional price difference (with the guest’s approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be cancelled and the fee paid by the guest for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-The necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers at the time the guest purchases the tour. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A-If a health problem confirmed by a doctor’s report occurs to the guest and/or the person sharing the same room, the fee paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may participate in the tour by making their own way to another location. If they do not choose this option or if it is not possible due to the content of the tour, no refund will be made.
E-As some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in the event of a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the time when the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered grounds for cancelling the tour, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-During free periods and at rest stops during the tour, our authorized staff will provide the necessary information regarding the departure time. If the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable period or continue if the tour schedule will not be affected. Otherwise, the guest may make their own way to the next point to continue the tour or return to the hotel by their own means. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel and all other services used on our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all of them meet International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. In our tours and activities, in the event of an incomplete and/or defective service, since the process you spend with us in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, the problems in question are resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund is made depending on the problem. For discounted packages, the discount is deducted from the price and the net amount paid is refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising outside its control, such as circumstances dependent on Egypt’s local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest error, delays due to technical failures and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff, learn about the tour conditions and make your participation decision accordingly.
5-Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving and camel rides carry certain accident risks and may lead to serious injuries or even worse consequences. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse events that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, be sure to obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow our authorized staff’s instructions to the letter, strictly comply with the precautions indicated to you and wear the safety equipment provided according to the circumstances. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and the other participants at risk.
6-At places of religious importance, our guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing. Our company bears no responsibility for guests who are not permitted to enter such places because of their clothing.
7-You may need special items/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, a keffiyeh, and a shawl, as well as borrowing a towel from the hotel and returning it, are entirely our guests’ responsibility.
8-You must inform our guide about problems such as food allergies or other allergies and special dietary requirements due to health reasons. You should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs in such special circumstances. We can only promise that we will do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly recommend that you do not drink open water or other beverages, do not eat fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged food sold uncovered outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to Egypt’s local conditions, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical intervention. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
10-Like every cautious individual, we particularly recommend that you arrange Health and Travel Insurance and participate in your domestic and international travels with such insurance.
