IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
The services included in your tour package are clearly specified. However, we recommend that you also purchase the extra tours from us so that you can make this trip even more unique and do so safely. Please remember that most of the Turkish and Egyptian people who contact you via social media or approach you in Egypt’ are providing tour services without a license and disregard your safety and the security of your belongings in order to offer cheap prices. Poorly maintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single driver overwhelmed by fatigue and lack of sleep, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and food that is not prepared in hygienic environments or is even spoiled may result in irreversible consequences. Our company conducts all extra tours, as well as the entire trip, by prioritizing your safety and the security of your belongings, with its own offices and staff in Egypt and managers with more than 30 years of experience in the sector. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend that you purchase them from an established company that meets at least these conditions.

You may purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt’, or, if you wish, purchase them together to make them more ‘’budget-friendly’’.

Moreover, you may choose one of the following payment methods:
-You can purchase them while purchasing our package tour by paying your agency by credit card. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as the package. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you wish, at the prices of the group purchase campaign.)

-You can purchase them by paying in cash upon arrival in Egypt’. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you wish, at the prices of the group purchase campaign.)

-You can purchase them upon arrival in Egypt’ using a credit card via the mail order method. (Either at the individual list prices or, if you wish, at the prices of the group purchase campaign.

Our guests who purchase all extra tour packages are offered a 10% discount on the total package price.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-The minimum number of participants must be reached for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval)
B-They may be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest’s approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be cancelled and the amount paid by the guest for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A-If a health problem confirmed by a doctor’s report occurs to the guest and/or the person sharing the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 C-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-A guest who is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by reaching another point using their own means. If they do not choose to do so, or if this is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be made.
E-As some tours also pick up guests from different hotels, in the event of a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn when the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour. Therefore, they cannot be considered grounds for cancellation, and no refund will be made if cancellation is requested.
F-At free-time periods and break locations during the tour, our authorized staff will provide the necessary information about the departure time. If the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable period or continue, provided that the tour itinerary will not be affected. Otherwise, the guest may reach the next location using their own means and continue the tour, or return to the hotel using their own means. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff and all other services used on our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all of them meet International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. In our tours and activities, if an incomplete and/or defective service occurs, since the time you spend in Egypt’ with us is continuously monitored by our company, the relevant problems are resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund is made depending on the problem. The net amount paid will be refunded after deducting the discount on discounted packages from the price.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions arising beyond its control, such as circumstances related to Egypt’s local and general conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest error, delays due to technical malfunctions and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff, learn about the tour conditions and make your participation decision accordingly.
5-Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving and camel rides carry certain accident risks and may lead to serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, be sure to obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions of our authorized staff and the specified precautions to the letter, and to wear the safety equipment provided according to the circumstances. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and the other participants at risk.
6-At places of religious importance, our guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing. Our company has no responsibility for guests who are not allowed to enter such places because of their clothing.
7-You may need special items/clothing for some tours and activities. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, a swimsuit, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, a keffiyeh, and a shawl, as well as borrowing and returning towels from the hotel, is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, special dietary requirements due to health reasons, and similar problems. You should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs in such special circumstances. We can only undertake to do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt’ and on our tours, we especially advise you not to drink uncovered water or other beverages, not to eat fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and not to consume unpackaged food sold uncovered outdoors. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to Egypt’s local conditions, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical treatment. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
10-Like every cautious individual, we strongly recommend that you obtain Health and Travel Insurance and participate in your domestic and international travels with this coverage.
